Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): Text to Speech with Intonation is a NeuralSpace tool that turns text into natural-sounding speech. Paste your text and get ready audio with correct pauses and intonation — great for video voice-overs, podcasts and presentations.
It reads the text you enter and keeps meaningful pauses and stresses, so the result sounds alive rather than monotonous. The tool accepts up to 5000 characters — enough for a paragraph or two of voiceover.
Intonation is set right in the text with tags in square brackets. Put a tag before the phrase it should colour: [excited] Hello! Great to see you. [laughing] This is my first voiceover.
Emotions: [happy], [sad], [angry], [excited], [calm], [confident], [surprised], [grateful], [empathetic] — more than 60 expressions in total. Besides emotions there are sounds and delivery markers: [laughing] for laughter, [whispering] for a whisper, [sighing] for a sigh, [emphasis] to stress a word, [break] for a short pause, [long-break] for a long pause.
You can intensify an emotion with words: [very excited], [slightly sad]. Several tags in a row combine: [sad][whispering] is a sad whisper. Text without tags is read evenly, in a neutral tone.
The tool reads the text with the model voice and supports multiple languages. You can listen to the result and download it to use in a video, a social media clip or a presentation.
The tool is paid: the cost is based on the length of the text and is always shown before you start. Billing is in tokens, with no subscription and no hidden charges.
