Voice agent for any website: an orb that speaks and presses buttons itself
Briefly about the main thing (BLUF)
A voice agent on a website differs from a chatbot in that it not only responds, but also presses buttons and brings the visitor to the result. We'll tell you how to install it in three steps, whether it will start clicking on everything, and where the catch is in money.
You know that feeling when you go to a website and spend a minute searching for the right button? “Order”, “Tariffs”, “Contact” - everything seems to be there, but you can’t catch it with your eyes. An ordinary chatbot in the corner will not help here: it responds with a text, but the person has already left.
We did something different. A voice agent that lives right on your website answers out loud and points its finger: it highlights the desired block, presses a button, and takes you to the desired page. Placed with one tag. Next I’ll tell you how it works and where the catch is.
How is this different from a chatbot?
A regular widget can do one thing - write. Our agent knows how to act. The visitor asks in a voice “where are your prices?” — the agent answers in a voice and at the same second highlights the section with tariffs directly on the page. Asks “how to leave a request?” - the agent leads to the form and shows where to press.
Inside there is a combination of three steps: speech recognition, a language model (you choose which one), and voice response. All this is already spinning for us voice calls And AI characters. For the site, we added an agent layer - that is, the model does not just chat, but decides what to highlight and where to click.

How to install - three steps
- Create an agent in your personal account: voice, model, request (who he is and what he knows about your business).
- Copy the snippet.
- Insert it before BLK0 on your website. All.
The snippet itself looks like this:
A floating orb will appear in the corner. No plugins, designers or “call our integrator”. Works on any engine - from a custom landing page to Tilda.
“Won’t he start clicking everything?”
An honest question, and one we thought about the longest. The answer is no, and here's why.
The agent does not have free access to someone else's website. He can act only within the framework of what you yourself allowed in the settings:
- The “allow pressing buttons” checkbox is turned off, which means the agent only highlights and tells, but does not press anything.
- List of allowed pages to navigate to. Left blank - the agent will navigate to any pages of your site, but will not physically be able to take you to someone else’s domain.
- It refers to elements using visible text (“Leave a request”), and does not go into the page code.
And most importantly: the actions only work because you installed our script yourself. Without it, there is no access to your DOM. In principle, an agent cannot touch someone else’s website.
Money: where's the catch?
There is no catch, and this is not a figure of speech. We do not charge a separate subscription for embedding. Payment is made by conversation - like a regular voice call: speech transcription + model work + voice-over, at a rate for actual use. The agent stands on the website and is silent - you don’t pay anything.
To prevent a random stream of bots from draining your balance, there are limits: for minutes and tokens from one IP And general ceiling for the entire agent. We hit the ceiling - the agent politely falls silent and does not continue to burn money. Money-safe, as we call it internally.

What will you see next
In the agent’s personal account, they have a request history and “highlighted questions”—those that visitors ask most often. This is honestly an underrated thing. In a week you will learn more about your customers than from any analytics: what words they use when asking about delivery, what they don’t understand on the tariffs page, where they get stuck. Then edit the site based on facts, not guesses.
Who really needs it?
Not everyone, I’ll tell you straight. If you have a landing page with one screen and one button, the agent is redundant. Here's where it pays off:
- Services with a long website where the visitor gets lost (clinics, car services, lawyers, builders).
- Online stores - suggest, highlight category, lead to cart.
- Online schools and services, where there are a lot of tariffs and a person does not understand what to choose.
More details about the product itself and settings can be found on the page Voice agent for business. If you want to try out voice AI first, play around with AI characters — there are the same voice mechanics, only for communication. And we wrote about how authors already use voice and video in an article about AI characters to interact with fans.
